If you were to become permanently disabled, how would you pay your bills? Long term disability insurance is the answer.
Long term disability insurance protects your income in the event that you are unable to perform the duties of your job, due to disability. In the event of a permanent disability, the policy can pay you a percentage of your pre-disability wages, until age 65, or, your normal retirement age. We are of the opinion that long term disability insurance is the most important insurance you can buy. Employers can offer this benefit at a very reasonable cost.
