Large Employer Health Care Reform.

If it is possible to say a 20,000 page piece of legislation has two primary mandates, one would be any citizen of the United States must have “Essential” benefit health insurance effective January 1, 2014 or pay a fine, and two, ANY employer with 100 or more employees must provide “Essential“ health benefits to their employees or pay a fine of either $2000 or $3000 per employee. The law is not really this simple, but this is the basic principle.

We believe it is absolutely critical every employer educate themselves on the numerous facets of this legislation.
